DADASORA processes payment through Stripe-hosted checkout. The team confirms shipping details after payment. Standard preparation and insured shipping are estimated at 7 to 14 business days after payment confirmation, unless a custom timeline is stated.

If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@dadasora.org within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order email.

Because accessories, stone objects, and custom items can involve hygiene, sizing, material, and personalization considerations, return eligibility is reviewed case by case. Custom consultation deposits are generally non-refundable once design work has started.
