Shipping and Returns

DADASORA orders are dispatched from South Korea and payment is processed through Stripe. U.S. orders include complimentary insured shipping unless a product page states otherwise.

Standard preparation and insured shipping are estimated at 7 to 14 business days after payment confirmation. This window covers order review, packing, and dispatch for small-batch releases.

Physical ready-to-ship products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Contact hello@dadasora.org with your order email before sending a return.

If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@dadasora.org within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order email. Custom consultation deposits and made-to-order work are reviewed separately once design or sourcing work has started.
